Terms and Conditions for Verse Blitz App
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Verse Blitz mobile application (“Verse Blitz” or “the App”).
By accessing, installing, or using Verse Blitz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms apply when you download, install, access, or use Verse Blitz.
If you are using the App on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Description of the Service
Verse Blitz is a faith-based mobile game designed to make Bible verse memorization more active, interactive, and engaging through gameplay.
We may update, modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features, content, visuals, game systems, or portions of the App at any time.
Use of the App
Verse Blitz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to provide a reliable and engaging gameplay experience, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with every device.
Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
Gameplay and Scripture Content Disclaimer
Verse Blitz is a faith-based game intended to help make Bible verse memorization more active and engaging. While we aim to present Scripture-based content thoughtfully and accurately, the App is provided for devotional, educational, and entertainment purposes.
The App does not represent the official doctrine of any specific church, denomination, or ministry organization. Interpretations and presentation may vary from one tradition or theological perspective to another.
User Conduct
You agree not to use Verse Blitz in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other person’s use of the App.
You also agree not to:
- Attempt to access parts of the App, systems, or data that are not intended for public access
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the App
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the App except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law
- Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation
In-App Purchases
Verse Blitz may offer a one-time purchase or similar paid unlock to access the full game experience or additional features.
Payments are processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation. All billing, refunds, cancellations, and payment processing are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms and policies. Verse Blitz does not process payments directly.
Availability of paid features may vary by platform, territory, or app version. We reserve the right to change pricing, features, or purchase structure at any time to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Verse Blitz App and its original content, design, graphics, gameplay systems, branding, and related materials are the exclusive property of CodeInFaith.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws of the United States and other countries.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Limited License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Verse Blitz for your personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights to you.
Third-Party Services
Verse Blitz may rely on or include third-party services such as analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, app store billing, or other support tools that are not owned or controlled by CodeInFaith. We assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party services.
Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to additional terms, policies, or agreements provided by those third parties.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verse Blitz is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
We do not warrant that the App will meet your expectations, operate without interruption, or be free from bugs or harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeInFaith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Interruption, suspension, or termination of the App or any feature within it
- Any other matter relating to Verse Blitz
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Verse Blitz at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that may cause harm to the App, other users, or CodeInFaith.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee that Verse Blitz will be available at all times or without interruption. Features, content, or services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This governing law provision is a standard choice of legal venue and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
