Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Edenify mobile application (“Edenify”, “the App”).
By accessing or using Edenify, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
Edenify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to offer a reliable, peaceful, and meaningful experience, we do not guarantee that the content, features, or functionality of the App will always be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
Spiritual Content Disclaimer
Edenify provides faith-based content intended for personal reflection, spiritual growth, relaxation, and rest. Interpretations of Scripture may vary, and the content within the App does not represent the official doctrine of any specific church, denomination, or organization.
No Medical or Mental Health Advice
The content provided in Edenify is for spiritual, devotional, and relaxation purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

User-Generated Content and Copyright
Edenify may allow you to create, import, edit, upload, or share content within the App.
You are solely responsible for any content you create, import, upload, or share using Edenify. If you use copyrighted materials (including text, images, audio, video, or other media), you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights, permissions, and licenses.
We do not claim ownership over your user-generated content.
Exports and Sharing
If Edenify provides export or sharing functionality, it is offered for your convenience. You are responsible for how exported files or shared content are used, distributed, or published, including compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements.
User Accounts
Some features of Edenify may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Edenify may offer paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Payment will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
All billing, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple or Google. Edenify does not process payments directly.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Edenify App and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of CodeInFaith.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws of the United States and other countries.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services
Edenify may rely on or include links to third-party services that are not owned or controlled by CodeInFaith. We assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeInFaith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any other matter relating to Edenify
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Edenify at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that may cause harm to the App, other users, or CodeInFaith.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee that Edenify will be available at all times or without interruption. Features, content, or services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Edenify after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
