Terms and Conditions for SongLeadR App
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the SongLeadR mobile application.
By accessing or using the SongLeadR app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
The SongLeadR app is provided on an “as is” basis. We strive to provide a reliable and user-friendly experience but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content or functionalities within the app.
User-Generated Content and Copyright
SongLeadR allows you to create, import, edit, and export song-related content, including lyrics, chord sheets, images (such as sheet music photos), annotations, and presentation slides.
You are responsible for the content you create, import, upload, or share using the app. If you use SongLeadR with copyrighted works (including lyrics, chord charts, and sheet music), you are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate rights and licenses.
Exports and Sharing
SongLeadR provides export functionality (e.g., ChordPro, ZIP archives, PDF generation, and PowerPoint/PPTX slides) for your convenience. You are responsible for how exported files are used, shared, or distributed, including ensuring appropriate permissions and licenses.
Live Sessions and Live Sync (Premium)
SongLeadR includes features for creating sessions and optionally synchronizing content in real time with other participants (Live Sync). If you choose to use Live Sync, you are responsible for only sharing session codes/QR codes with intended participants and for the content displayed or shared during a session.
Intellectual Property Rights
The SongLeadR app and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of CodeInFaith.com. The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both United States and foreign countries.
User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CodeInFaith be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- The use or inability to use the app.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Any other matter relating to the app.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the SongLeadR app after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
